"The owner is an amazing host and the property is idyllic. We had a wonderful time there. It was so relaxing. What I will say is that if you want spotless brand new facilities and appliances, etc., you should probably rent a nice hotel or fancy condo. THis place is a little rustic, but it is wonderful. Russell, the owner was very helpful and a genuinely nice guy. Had a great time talking with him. I could not give Russell or the property a higher recomendation. We cannot wait to go back to this...

"We got there to check in right at 4 and they didn't have a room for us. They didn't give us the room we were paying for until almost 6pm. The next morning when we were trying to take showers (me and 4 children) we ran out of hot water after 2 showers. The grounds were nice and so was the pool but the late check in and hot water are pretty unbelievable. I talked to management and all they offered me was some free food at the pool for the trouble."

"This is the perfect little spot in the heart of Eagle Crest. It had everything we needed, it was in a great location and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The owners were very communicative throughout the process and it made our stay so easy from checking in to checking out and everything in between. I hope to return!"

"It was an amazing stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood, beautiful small town with all the amenities and amazing outdoor activities within reasonable driving distance. The host made it seamless throughout check-in/ check-out and the home is very dog friendly. I have a Pomsky and he was very happy with the outdoor area and watching the local deer walk through the back yard daily. "The home was very comfortable. Excellent temperature control, both air and heat; and there was a fan as well. The mattresses were firm but not too much so -- perfect for us! And the beds frames were solid. No squeaking every time you turn over. Everything was in great shape and we'd stay here again. The one note I will share is the shower is a little snug for tall people. I am not tall, so I didn't think about this at all but my tall husband and son noted it. Ha!"
