"We were pleasantly surprised to find out I booked a townhome. It had stairs in the room! This was a nice addition to have a space for the kids and then a space for us adults."

"The staff is exceptionally friendly a d helpful. There is complimentary coffee tea and fountain drinks. The meditation room has massage chairs-great for after hikes. There is a wonderful fire pit with tables and chairs and a small dog park area. We don't have pets but other guests did. They seemed pleased with the services for pets."
