"This was our second trip to this property for a family reunion. No complaints at all. I wonder if there are any plans to put up handrails in the bathroom and the three stairs in the hall."

"Great little cabin in a convenient location for hiking and climbing at Seneca Rocks. Communication was excellent, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. A great base for exploring the area."

"We just needed a place to stay for one night. The home is on Main Street in Franklin and close to restaurants and a great coffee shop - ELEVATED Coffee Shop.I would recommend staying at this home."

"A charming small house in a beautiful rural area. Hours went by without a car going by. Magnificent stars in the night sky."

"Overall this was an excellent stay. Couple of things would have been nice conveniences, for example, extra blankets, tissues, paper for the fireplace or a fireplace starter. The cabin had a tub, but no shower, which was slightly disappointing. The cabin was clean and comfortable otherwise. We were able to do exactly what we wanted, which was to disconnect for a few days!"

"Everything was as expected. Thank you."

"Such a beautiful place to spend vacation!"

"I found the Rusty Lantern is a beautiful home in the mountains. The rear porch is large with an awesome view. The large kitchen makes preparing meals simple. There is a large table in the kitchen and a huge picnic table on the back porch. The house and porches were perfectly clean, not a spider web in sight. If you want quiet, and I mean really quiet, the Rusty Lantern is for you."
