"I would not describe this property as cozy. It was adequate. Listing stated there was a hot tub but actually only a large jacuzzi in bathroom. Property was mere yards from fairly busy road. It was incorrect for VRBO to have this Property listed as wonderful."

"We loved staying here, as there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The kids loved going to the front room and having their own space to hang out. It was also a quick drive to Smoke Hole. Our favorite part was using the private river access. We fished there and made a campfire to roast marshmallows. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone with a large family."
