Possibly a safety issue at this point. The chains for the rear window shades are broken and not working properly.Two of the rear windows are clouding up due to the broken vacuum seal between the glass panes. "

Upon arriving the deadbolt which is controlled by a key pad unlocked however, the doorknob was also locked. We called the number listed on VRBO and received tje automatic VRBO line and was extremely unhelpful.
