"So bad we checked out early! Our "Premier" cabin was less than premier. Poor linens, it was maybe 12' from the highway, the television did not work nor any internet connection. We talked to the person who checked us in, and he moved us to a much smaller cabin where everything was supposed to work. We tried to make it work but just couldn't. The bed was smaller and uncomfortable and when we tried to take a shower in a very inadequate space the water smelled severely of sulfur. It made us sick....

"The property was perfect! The four of us were very comfortable in between Bryce Canyon and Zion hiking. The kitchen was well stocked in dishware and utensils. "The cabin on Azevedo Ranch was perfect for the two of us. Easy drive up to Bryce NP. Good restaurant options in Bryce City, Tropic and Panguitch. Nice little river walk on the property. Pond to walk around or fish in. Very relaxing and quite location. We picked up 15-20 birds on Merlin. Had breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the pond and listening to the birds. The kitchen is good for simple dinners and breakfast. We mostly eat dinner out."
