"Wonderful property for Bryce NP. The location is fantastic, the place was spacious (larger than what I expected from the pictures), clean and very well stocked. We had 2 families, 9 people, and all were comfortable. I would absolutely rent this property again the next time I'm headed to Bryce."

"I got to the property a little after 7 PM. I went to eat then went back to the office to get some help. The office was closed for the night, later finding out they only open from 3 PM to 7 PM. I had to call their emergency phone numbers. That was a joke one didn't have their voice mail set up. The other I called 3 times , the 3rd time the message said voice mail is full. The next morning I got up went to the office that's when I found out they were only open 3 to 7. There was a daytime...

"The towels had yellow stains and looked very dirty.
There was no cell phone reception at all, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I reported the issue to the front desk, and although it improved for less than an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working again shortly afterward.
On top of that, the mattress was in terrible condition. It made loud squeaking noises with every movement, so if you got up during the night, you would immediately wake up your roommate.

"This place has a multitude of restrictions and cancellation parameters. However, due to the road being washed out we were not given a refund. They expected us to walk across treacherous terrain with luggage, food, dogs, and a person with a cane. Not to mention leaving our car next to the highway. Then, because of no food in the tent at night we would have to make the trek again. They ordered to rebook us but that was not an option for us. They could have established a shuttle service until the...
