"Our group of 6 adults had a great experience! The home was beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked and accommodated 4 active cooks (!). The hosts responded quickly and warmly to our on-site needs. Excellent location for Bryce Canyon fun."

"Unfortunately, it took me 2 hours to get to the property. The address was wrong on Expedia so I FINALLY arrived in the dark. There was a person trying to help me get there but when I did. I was alone and lost and it was dusk. I went to the tent. It was lovely but my zippers didn't go all the way down. That night the winds were 27mph and the snow was due to come shortly and the temperature was due to drop dramatically. The other problem was I was a single woman and there was NO WAY to lock the...

"It's really not far from the Bryce Canyon. The room is beautiful, all nice heavy wooden furniture. There was a microwave and fridge which we liked to prepare snacks etc. There was also a small table inside, chairs in front of the cottage and a large table outside near the cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent. "

"Pleasantly surprised. Would have stayed longer. Close to Bryce. Check in is handled by motel across the street. Gas, groceries and a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner also right across. Expect to be out of service area and spotty satellite. Clean bath and great water pressure."
