"We walked in the cabin and there was a nasty smell. There were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and one bed had been used along with the pillows! We turned around and went back to the registration m. We demanded our money back but the woman behind the counter said Expedia doesn’t pay them until the next day. "We had to ask for a new room as there was a 1/2 inch gap at the front door and a musty smell. It didn’t seem right to get a upcharge for basic expectations. The new room was better but not by a lot. Stains on the carpet and our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay. 😞 if you’re on a budget and don’t mind rougher conditions then you might not mind.
