"Easy check in. Building feels safe and is in a great location. The free coffee/tea and water bottles were very clutch. Shower has A+ water pressure. "

"Supposedly we got the only room in the hotel that didn't have a TV that worked, which was frustrating as we had a toddler. The windows on the street side are razor thin, so you will hear street noise at all hours. Location is excellent. Very close to lots of things. "The location is great for sightseeing and the beds were comfortable. The hotel apparently has an arrangement with the adjacent parking structure and the $44 daily rate seems comparable to others nearby. However, the structure can get very full so there's no guarantee of finding a spot. You have in and out privileges, but have to ask the front desk to validate it any time you exit. The usual shampoo, conditioner, body soap were in very small quantities, not enough for 2 people sharing a room....

"I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years, which makes it especially disappointing to say that the property has gone downhill significantly. The room was very unkempt and not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture and lamps, the ceiling and bathroom vents were filthy, and even the safe buttons were so dirty that we did not want to use it. "The shade doesn’t come all the way down, light still gets through at the bottom. And maybe warn guests in the rooms facing the parking lot that trash gets picked up at 3am. And staff is a little loud going in and out of the staff only elevator in the middle of the night"

"Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came. I had to call back and someone was sent to the room with sheets for me to change which is ridiculous as that is not my job. "Parking in Philly is always a pain but beyond that the hotel was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a bowling alley in the hotel and a cute bar and restaurant! Great stay for the price! 10/10 would recommend!"

This was a big disappointment, as I had to drive around until I could find a none Valet parking garage. I drive a Tesla and did not bring my key card soI was unable to Valet park.
