"Cleaning service needs major improvements. My beds had hair on them, the oven was filthy and it was a whole in the bathroom door. The couch had visible stains as well as food splash on the walls."

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful prior to our visit. We had some questions and they were answered promptly. We rented 2 rooms and each one was clean and very spacious. We had enough towels to accommodate everyone. We particularly loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Neither was crowed so we could really enjoy our time spent there. The property is conveniently located to restaurants, the outlets, and the park. It was an ideal place to stay."

"When we arrived at the property, (9 pm) we could not open the door, the code would not work. We were standing on the porch until we reached the local representative who could remotely open the door. Upon entry, the "suite" was cold, and no bed was noticeable. The inside temperature was 47º and we found no thermostat.
