"The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was dirty and I saw 3 roaches in there. The first night was terrible. A wrestling team had checked in and being on the ground floor, I could hear them running up and down the halls all night. Both nights I had hot water issues. The first night, the hot water completely ran out about 45 seconds in to my shower. The second night, the hot water turned luke warm about a minute in and anticipating it would run out, I took a quick shower, but the warm water...

"Very put out by the design of sliding, open on the sides, non-locking bathroom door. This made our stay with family very uncomfortable. Room was otherwise clean and comfortable, but the bathroom door situation made our stay embarrassing and uncomfortable."

The only reason we picked the Comfort in was the indoor, heated pool.The room the pool is in was at 65 degrees with an exhaust fan blowing the whole time, making the room very cold and uncomfortable. We were told the water was 83 degrees. but it seemed a lot colder than that. We feel we our weekend, as our plan was to relax on and by the pool. Thank Ernest Baals"
