"We accidentally left behind our expensive high-speed phone charger & when we called, we were told housekeeping did not find it."

"We had to wait 2 hrs to get in room"

"We were very disappointed. No elevator. The door to the room was very difficult to open and there was no writing paper in the room, The AC wall outlets were loose and essentially not usable, The TV was old and not properly setup and there was no dial tone on the phone in the room. The only good news is the shower work and had plenty of hot water."

"my room did not have a tv station guide. the front desk looked for one but eventually told me the hotel did not have any."

"Property is very clean. It’s also a small location a total of 46 rooms no elevator so keep that in mind if you have any knee problems or are disabled, you may want to request a room on the first floor David the front desk clerk was really helpful, charming and professional I did not use any of the amenities such as the facilities center breakfast was OK. It’s going to be carb heavy waffles, bagels toast, cereal."

"Overall room was fine. One would think with what we paid to stay there they would be at least a small refrigerator in the room… but they didn’t. Being my wife’s birthday I looked into perhaps doing something special like having a little cake to celebrate in the room later in the evening. Upon inquiring, a small cake to serve 2 people they said was over $50!! NOT!!!"

"The Utica Delta Marriott was comfortable and convenient. Free Parking was available. Staff were helpful and welcoming."

"It’s close to many restaurants and it has free parking"

"Absolutely awesome room! Bed was comfy, great shower and just an awesome experience. I always love staying at Hampton, but this one is superior!"

"I'm a little disappointed in this property. I've stayed here three or four times in the past and have enjoyed great stays every time. However, this last time (September 2026), we had several issues with our room: - The fridge didn't work and made a terrible smell when plugged in - The HVAC unit was extremely loud - The plumbing had the yips; the toilet tank didn't fill for a few hours and the bathroom sink was dry We let management know about the fridge & AC. They couldn't fix the fridge...

"The staff was very attentive to our needs upon checking in. Although our room had an issue at first, it was immediately fixed. So our stay was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back. Thanks!"
