"First time in Morzine and had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were all really friendly, the food was excellent (had dinner one night as well as breakfast everyday) and the pool, hot tub, games room etc. were all excellent. The room was clean and well specced out. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains and aircon was bliss. Definitely keen to return asap!"

"The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them. You couldn’t watch the tv as the sofas were not able to be positioned in the right place. Unfortunately there was shards of glass on one of the sofas which my daughter cut her hand on. They did attempt to hoover it up with the most disgusting dirty hoover I have ever seen. But in the end had to change the cover. They weren’t very apologetic about this and...

"Room was lovely and reception staff very helpful. There is a lot of noise with the trucks going past every night so definitely would ask for a quieter room next time. We didn’t have a great experience with the restaurant. Had dinner the first night and wouldn’t recommend that again as the service wasn’t great and they were dismissive, food all came out at once so they kept our mains warm until we were ready which didn’t work well with steak. "The location is excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. At first, it wasn’t very clear how to get from Morzine to Avoriaz, and we didn’t realize that there are public lifts in Avoriaz, but once we figured it out, everything was easy. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with breathtaking views. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is great. Check in was easy, even late at night after a delà at the airport. Room was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and storage. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good and varied. Property itself is clean, modern, big, well built and could see the outside areas, pool and playground would be great in summer. Some Parking onsite too. Would recommend. "

"This hotel was exemplary from all standpoints. Beautiful little room decorated in the style of Savoie culture. Amazing breakfast with wonderfully fresh options. We signed up for daily dinner and the chef prepared delicious daily 3 course meals. The hotel owners are a delightful family and the employees are genuinely kind and considerate. We are skiers. The hotel was very close to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. Morzine is an adorable village! "

"Nous avons passé un super séjours à l’hôtel les Côtés! Le petit déjeuner était parfait, la chambre très chaleureuse. L’hôtel propose une navette pour accéder aux télécabines, un vrai gain de temps et d’énergie avec notre matériel de ski. Espace jeux, piscine, salle de sport, jacuzzi, sauna. Tout pour passer de bonnes vacances! On reviendra, merci !"

"Short walk to Avoriaz express gondola up to Avoriaz. Flew to Geneva and transferred to here. Stayed 4 night and skied 3 days. Loved the place. Ate there 2 nights and the food was delicious and the company of the other guests was delightful. Thank you to all the staff. "
