This listing is for Suite № 2 of 2 and has a capacity of 14 adult guests. If a larger capacity is needed, these two private units can be rented in tandem to comfortably sleep 28.

Suite №2 makes it easy to fall in love with Denver. 2,400 sq/ft of newly remodeled interior space spanning two levels + 1,200 sq/ft of private, open air, rooftop & patio space. Ballpark facing; take in the sights and sounds of Coors Field just two blocks away.

Secure garage parking is available at no additional cost. Garage is able to accommodate [1] car or mid sized SUV. Full size SUVS and extended vans will unfortunately not fit. Paid parking is available in the lot across the street.

Standards of cleanliness and safety have been set and are meticulously maintained. Partnerships with local bars, restaurants, breweries, and gyms offer a variety of experiences unique to each group. What a neat place. High tech and modern. Tons of room. Great outdoor space too. Walking distance to grocery store, great restaurants (Snooze, Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza & Aloy Thai) and secure parking. Host was quick to answer any questions and even helped us fix the coffee maker. Would definitely stay here again.

I had my graduation party here and it was absolutely perfect for that event! Everyone was raving about how much they loved the house. Having the speaker system and the cooler and the games already there were a huge help, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful!!

Great space to have large group and close to coors field for Billy Joel concert! Our host Jon was fabulous to work with! He knew we were coming in for the concert and even downloaded Billy Joel playlist on portable speaker we used on the rooftop patio! More bells and fancy whistles than you can imagine

Great location and huge condo. Too many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance to count. Ballpark within 2 blocks and can be seen from the rooftop. Communication with Jon was great. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Had a great time staying at Jon’s loft! We had a group of 12 and it had plenty of space. Plus darts, shuffle board, and a huge private roof with cornhole. Location is prime. Walking distance to tons of breweries and restaurants in RINO and Five Points. Would definitely stay here again. Jon was great a host with good communication for checkin and checkout (he even let us stay late on Sunday because he didn’t have another checkin, which was super nice)!

The space is very accomdating for large groups! Had lots of beds, sheets, fresh towels, and spacious bathrooms. The location puts you within a few blocks of the baseball field, cool bars and restaraunts, head shops, corner stores and anything else you would need. John was very accomodating and gave us a tour when we arrived. We would definitely come back.

First off the property is amazing. Perfect for larger groups and fit our need exactly. It is located in the a great area of downtown Denver. We enjoyed ourselves being able to walk to everything we had planned. When you're inside the place, there is no loud outside noises that keep you up and the rooftop deck is exceptional. There are plenty of places to sleep. Lastly, and this can't be stated enough Jon the owner is exceptional. He was there to meet us, helped us with everything that we encountered and has great recommendations. Thank you for an amazing Denver experience!
