"Me and my partner loved our stay. Even with the rain and cold weather the cabin was warm and comfortable for us. We loved how private the cabin was to just be in nature. "

Need to finish some projects. Otherwise there is a nice breakfast area outside a nice place by the fire, a nice view of a easy to find off the highway and within 10 minutes of the state park"

"The house was exactly what we were looking for for our trip to Letchworth.No problems with the reservations or any other issues.Place was clean,big enough and definitely felt like we were in a safe area.Would definitely recommend or stay here again "

"The rental was very cozy and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed and more, and was located in a quiet setting. The owners provided fresh eggs for breakfast, which were delicious along with bacon, scones and jam!. They were quick to respond to any correspondence and were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"We had a great overnight at this cozy cabin. Deer walked right past the window... it was awesome. Will definitely be back. "

"We stayed for a weekend in June to visit Letchworth State park with my family. Very easy to find with good parking, plenty of space to lounge and entertain, nice electric fireplace for heat and central air to cool, overall it was really nice. Check-in was easy and the town is quiet and safe. The only reason we’re giving it 4/5 stars is because there was a fairly strong smell of wet dog in the rental upon arrival. They are pet friendly so we assumed a past renter stayed with their dog and allowed...

"I am originally from the area and wanted to “go home” for a few days. The cabin was clean and had plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. for my family’s 5 night stay. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch and watching the birds and deer in the yard. My husband and daughter had a blast fishing the pond, catch and release of course. "1940s house full of charm and character but modern where it counts. Comfortable beds. Located away from it all yet close to so much. Korey is most accommodating and great communication. Will definitely stay here again when we bring the whole family to town. "

"Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river."
