"The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were useless. They were in little very stiff bottles that required both hands to get any out of the bottles. In order to use the body lotion I flattened the bottle with both hands to dispense the bit of lotion onto a tissue. I realize this is not the fault of the staff, but whomever is in charge of choosing what to order for use of guests.

"Breakfast was good. Parking was hard to find spots when they share with a bar next door. Parking was safe with cameras. I had to recharge my hotel key everyday to get into my room for the whole stay. Was hard to get into the room with the door key locks."

"The front desk staff were all very pleasant and extremely helpful. I was impressed by the breakfast selection and quality. However, I found our room was not up to my family's standards. The bed was way too firm and the pull out sofa sleeper was not comfortable either. There was trash left on the floor in the bathroom and it's looks like at least a weeks worth of dust all throughout bathroom and the room. I wish I could leave a better review because of the welcoming staff I mentioned before, but...
