"This place is very nice and clean. The rooftop pool is great. Just as others commented, there are codes to remember and the pull out couch is not meant to be slept on. It’s all springs. I booked a place that is supposed to sleep four. I put my two kids on the floor on mats. The sleeper sofa is terrible. The apartment is really nice. "

"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"We enjoyed how most camping spots offered a good amount of privacy. I would recommend arriving in daylight. We arrived just after sunset and it was difficult to navigate in the dark having never been there before. It was a shame we couldn't have a fire, but the hike on the property was lovely. "

"Very clean and cozy place. Plenty of space for big families. Internet was down but the property manager was great and kept us in the loop. Great place to get away and off the grid, which was nice to see the kids playing outside and making genuine connections:) "

"Easy access. Beautiful forest setting and creek access. Cozy little cabins have all u really need. 2 person hot tub was ready to go and enjoyable. Could use open/close able blackout shades over skylights so can sleep in a little longer. Otherwise really nice and easy 10min drive into soquel/Capitola village. Would return in a minute if wanting forest vs beach setting. Bonus is it’s out of the coastal fog bank. "

"Aimee has an adorable little cabin that's just out side Santa Cruz and Scott's Valley. Many things to do nearby while feeling like a forest get-away. The cabin was tidy and well kept. Aimee was a wonderful host. Looking forward to staying again. "

"The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Shorts drives to the beaches in Capitola and Santa Cruz , the cabin is cute and has everything you need .my wife enjoyed the hot tub .we will be back "

"Things we really liked: The location was convenient and very walkable to Japantown and downtown SJ. We appreciated the keurig coffee in the room, and bottled water tank near the shared kitchen where we could refill our water bottles. The bed was comfortable. "The directions to the location were accurate. As we drove down the steep and narrow paved road toward the campsite, it was a little difficult to navigate in a wider car. When we arrived at what was the campsite area, it wasn't very clear trying to find our site (8A). Furthermore, once we did find it, other campers were as confused or more confused than we were about the boundaries of the campsites. "This was our second time booking this place and we wiĺl definitely book again in the future. Nice relaxing week in this beautiful home. After a long day at the beach or shopping downtown Santa Cruz or even after the Boardwalk this place was perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. The hot tub on the deck was perfect. "

"Overall our stay was very nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the barbeque... it didn't work at all. When I messaged the host about it she stated to switch out the propane tanks but they were both empty, not to mention the unit was very old and overflowing grease from the bottom that stained the concrete.A neighbor was kind enough to let us use their charcoal barbeque for our stay when she noticed how difficult of a time that we were having with ours. "
