Centrally located in the heart of silicon valley in between I-880, I-280, Hwy 87, Hwy 101. We are less than 10 minutes away from Caltrain station, SJC Airport, Convention Center, SAP Center, Levi's Stadium, SJSU, Santana Row and downtown San Jose!

Our brand new guest house offers a fully stocked kitchen, mid-century modern furnishings, portable AC, laundry room with brand new Samsung washer an dryer, luxurious bathroom, full length mirror, dedicated office, smart TV in every room, fast mesh network WiFi (~100Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed and sofa lounger (Serta convertible) double as additional bed, etc. The extra foldable bed with sleeping pad in the closet to accommodate additional guest if needed. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in with smart lock, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

An unique virtual key will be generated automatically for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 4:00pm of the check-in date and expired at 12:00am on the check-out date.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Your door will be automatically locked in 30 seconds. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced.

We are proud of creating memories for our guests, so you are welcome to host a small get together if you let us know in advanced. Since all of our neighbors have our contact info, please messaged us exactly how many people will be visiting and staying in advanced and respect the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Additionally, please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (Thurs is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up our trash!

You will be sharing the backyard with guests from 2 other units which are completely detached house. However, you will barely notice if there is anyone there since each unit has a completely separate entrance, address and parking. Please DO NOT PARK on the driveway, it is reserved for the other 2 units. There are plenty of street parking available, especially around the corner of Illinois Ave and Jerome St. Since we are very close to the train track, occasionally we can hear the train if our windows and doors are opened :)
