"This place was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Daily they changed out the towels and emptied the trash. The room was spacious and the kitchen had needed items for preparing meals. I liked the electric room darkening shutters on the windows made to excellent sleeping. I would definitely stay here again."

"Ormai sono anni da quando veniamo ogni anno ad agosto a questo albergo il personal gentilissimo ci troviamo come a casa ,appartamenti grandi poi i terrazzi bellissimi grandi, colazione buona grazie di tutto e ci vediamo prossimo anno ad agosto!"

"Perfect countryside property for us, located 10 mins drive from town, 20 mins from beach, 15 mins railway station with regular and very cheap trains to Rome.Very clean villa (better than the photos show)Fabulous swimming pool with private outside area. Host family incredibly helpful when needed and pleasant, ensuring our privacy.Recommend 100% - thank you very much "

"Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less."

"We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

"The property is fabulous and the deck has a wonderful view - perfect for a wine toast (we were on our honeymoon). It's close to the train station but has parking, it's very close to the water. The kitchen was fabulous and a small market is nearby. The restaurants are terrific! There was only one wine glass though (easily remedied) but the big bed mattress was terrible with big divots - so we slept in the other bedroom, which was small. Had some problems with parking but nothing we couldn't...

"Proximity to FCO is awesome. Check in was easy, the office is on the ground floor (look for 116) It is an exterior walk up, so if you are height adverse be aware. The interior of the flat is perfect for you to be able to relax. Short walk to the beach and a large variety of restaurants. This is a gem of a local town be aware most menus are in Italian only. Our host had everything prepared and ready for us. Helped us arrange transports to the airport for the morning that were reasonable cost and...

"Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. "

"We had a great stay at this property. Astrid and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming. They communicated very well and even offered their favorite walkable dinner recommendations for us. "

"Loved this apartment. Ideal location for catching a cruise. We we're satisfied with the value for our money. Wish there were more choices of restaurants (many were closed the day we visited) and watch for some price gouging in coffee shops. Overall highly recommend and we would stay here again."
