"The place looks really nice, and the staff was super helpful and prompt. Being able to talk with them through texts was really convenient. It’s clearly an older building; the slow elevator and loud vents are proof. Unfortunately, the high ceilings and hard surfaces make the acoustics in the rooms crazy. You can barely talk without an echo. The shower was great, though, and all the fixtures were neat. It just seems like there’s been a lot more focus put on visual aesthetics than anything...

"My flight ended up being delayed and then eventually cancelled. Was messaging through the app that i would be late then not arriving which I have done many times with my bookings but never got a response or acknowledgment. I understand that i would not get my funds back but upset that there was no communication when i reached out."

"Staff was nice. Picky about the pool though. We could sit in the chairs outside after 9 (inside the pool area) good location. Central to everything Breakfast was ok. The juice did not have sugar in it"

"This is more like an inn not a boutique hotel, very basic inn. If the price is below 200 USD it’s probably ok but I booked for 375 usd which is way overpriced given the quality."

"Terrible experience! I booked two rooms for family coming in to town for my birthday weekend. I live in little Italy so I thought it would be a perfect location since it’s in a nice area. They ran out of room keys and told us to call some guy who was not a security guard or even present to let us in and out. The lobby area reeked of cigarettes and urine. One of the rooms had 4 extra locks on the door. It felt very seedy and unsafe."
