"The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. The room was nice and spacious. "

"Our stay was over and above all expectations! The house gave off positive energy and the surroundings are breathtaking. It was spacious and cozy. We especially loved that all of us were able to gather for cooking and sharing meals around the big table with plenty of seating space. "-The house was not cleaned at all before our arrival: dirty sheets, hair, tooth brush spit on mirrors. etc. however, it is in a beautiful spot and property managing company was responsive. While they were responsive we are still waiting on them to remedy their mistake as we paid for clean linens and cleaning fee. "

"The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. "There needs to be more glasses in both areas. There definitely needs to be wine glasses...there were absolutely no glasses appropriate for wine. Clearly, people rent both sides: one side had all the plates, the other side had more than its share of pots. Very frustrating. (We did try to leave with both sides equally distributed with glasses and dishes.) Honestly, if every bed is filled, there are not enough dishes for everyone. That said, we did enjoy the cottages. "This house and everything inside was like brand new and spotless. It was perfect for our family of four and dog. The price was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the owners communication was superb. We had so much fun in the beach and saw lots of horses. I highly recommend this place!"
