"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and were able to accommodate us with an early check in very last minute. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but it tasted good! The pool was open until 10 pm which was nice. It is around a lot of different places with an AMC about 10 minutes away. Easy and close parking to multiple different building entrances."

"It’s more of a Hampton Inn with the “Westin” logo on it. Arrived and the valet person was deeply sleeping. Perhaps even drunk. Don’t trust the $57 a night parking at all. Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. Flush is horrible. Hotel got a gas leak, couldn’t sleep and breath well. Therefore no hot water in the shower. All and all, the wors stay...

"The property is nice but really don't understand why they didn't refresh the room daily, I find this really bad I arrived Tuesday and they went to refresh my room just Friday because i bag them in the front door and then they didn't come back until I ask again please do my room on Sunday morning. "I travel quite a bit, probably 10 hotels at least a year. I usually give 5 stars to every hotel. This hotel while had the location and the looks of an amazing hotel. Stayed there on America's 250th birthday, they had every flag up around their bar for world cup but NO USA flag... I asked why, the staff said "someone took them". Also, the staff at the desk was extremely entitled, anytime I or other guests would say Happy 4th of July or Happy Independence Day, it was met with silence... Very...
