"I stayed for 2 nights. I walked in and it smelt like cigarettes, waited for my room to be ready so I sat in the lounge area and saw 2 cockroachs big suckers too! Got my room, floor wasn't cleaned properly, no towels had to request them, no toilet paper, and hair in the sink and on the floor of the bathroom. "Shuttle ran on Time. That was the most important thing for us on this property. Issue with out reservation though. For some reason showed cancel. Staff member worked through it "I hope" and was able to get us a room and should be able to release "the expedia" funds and not double charge me."

The hotel has some beautiful features, especially the pool and the lobby, which both looked very nice and inviting. However, the room itself did not meet the same standard. I would rate the room cleanliness 3 stars. The bathroom mirror lights did not work, which made the room feel cheap and poorly maintained. The furniture also looked old and damaged, and there were not enough towels provided in the room.
Another downside is that parking costs $10 per day, and there...

"Noisy! Nothing more than a motor hotel where you park outside the door. It presented as a hotel but that’s not what I got! Lavatory faucet falling off and old towels left under A/C presumably for leaks.
