"It was a nice surprise to find this hotel. Excellent location, just a block away from a subway station. The staff is so nice and helpful. There is this little cozy restaurant with very good food. The room was small but the bathroom was impeccable. Everyday the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The air conditioning worked great. The pillows were nice and fluffy. "We stayed in a ‘gold’ room that had been renovated. There was new carpet, tv had lots of channels, and it quiet inside the hotel. There was some street noise even though we were on the 9th floor. The air conditioning was fine! It was a block from Amsterdam Street and a few blocks from Central Park."

"It was my husband’s first time in the city. We enjoyed the unique-ness of this hotel and that it wasn’t like a standard hotel we might have stayed anywhere else. It really helped to show off city life. "

"A cozy little hotel. The location was perfect for me — just a one-minute walk to the Bhakti Center. The room was small but had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and there were pillows to suit every preference. The bathroom was a bit old and not very convenient — that’s the only downside. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"This is a fine hotel. Lobby is lively and comfortable. Blue Bottle coffee is adjacent to the lobby. The rooms are small, but well appointed and enough space for clothes and toiletries. Not sure if i would want to stay with another person. We would bump into one another. I enjoyed my stay and everyone is very friendly. "
