"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"We had a great stay!! The cottage had everything we needed for our weekend trip. The host was very responsive and friendly. The homemade blueberry muffins were a great bonus and there were even homemade dog treats for our pup. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the area."

"Issues included no AC, surprise flights of stairs, and the host's inability (unwillingness?) to provide solutions to problems.
Our primary issue was with the lack of AC. "Heating" is listed as an amenity, which is true, but my outlandish assumption was a property marketed as a "suite" would have comfortable temperatures.
