    El espacio

    Bienvenido a Seattle! Este apartamento muy querido tiene un ambiente cómodo, con 2 dormitorios, una sala de estar ventosa y una cocina totalmente equipada. Estacionamiento incluido!

    Nota: Este alquiler se enfrenta a la autopista, por lo que nuestra ubicación no es la más pintoresca de Seattle, y el ruido del tráfico es inevitable. Debido a que alquilamos la unidad de arriba, y nuestra casa fue construida en 1904, también puede escuchar a los invitados de la planta alta. En resumen, este apartamento es ideal para aquellos con un presupuesto que planean pasar la mayor parte de su tiempo y explorar Seattle.

    Las principales atracciones de la ciudad están a solo minutos de distancia. Pasee por Lake Union y Eastlake en 5 minutos o conduzca hasta el centro en 6 minutos. ¿Sin carro? La parada de autobús está justo en frente de nuestra casa, así que tome un paseo en el corazón del centro de la ciudad.

    La Universidad de Washington está a menos de 8 km. O aprecie las cosas buenas de University Village, hogar de las principales tiendas y restaurantes.

    Los restaurantes locales también abundan. El Blind Pig Bistro ofrece platos americanos contemporáneos y menús de degustación, o disfrute de la cocina de inspiración veneciana en Cicchetti, ambos a unos 3-4 minutos a pie.

    DENTRO DE LA CASA

    Este apartamento está en el piso inferior de una casa de dos unidades. Pase tiempo relajándose o planificando un día de turismo en la sala de estar.

    Una cocina funcional cuenta con gabinetes blancos clásicos, encimeras de madera y electrodomésticos, que incluyen una cafetera y un microondas. Un montón de espacio de almacenamiento y preparación hace que cocinar sea muy fácil.

    Dos habitaciones decoradas con buen gusto ofrecen espacio para dormir para 4 personas, ambas con camas tamaño queen.

    Después de un día de paseo por la ciudad, un baño compacto con una bañera con patas ofrece un lugar relajante para un largo y caliente baño.

    Por favor, no molestes a la otra unidad o intentes entrar al sótano.

    Otras cosas a tener en cuenta

    El sistema de calefacción puede ser difícil de adivinar. El termostato principal está en el área compartida cuando entras por primera vez, pero luego puedes controlar cada habitación girando la perilla de los calentadores radiantes. Solo tenga en cuenta que el termostato principal es compartido por los invitados de arriba.

Location was fantastic. Short walk to restaurants, a market, and public transit. The back patio was a nice bonus.

This apartment was super cozy! Very clean and close to many amenities. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud and the host was so communicative and responsive.

After a hectic day of site seeing it was a great and convenient place to crash for the night. Clean, older home with lots of old home charm. Comfortable beds.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed here because it is walking distance to our daughter’s home. We stayed 5 nights over thanksgiving. The place was affordable and a great location. Having a designated parking space made things so easy. We would live to stay here again.

We were here for medical treatment at U of Washington Medical Center. The house was were situated for our needs and was clean and welcoming. Thanks for the stay.

Charming Eastlake Apartment

Great Eastlake location! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy! Several restaurants were within walking distance. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We have stayed here twice while visiting our daughter who lives down the street. It’s convenient, clean and comfortable. Chris was very responsive.

Labor day weekend

The home is a lovely old Seattle home, which was a perfect location for our trip. Everything we great and the home had everything we could need. Plus Chris was patient with my questions and provided me with all necessary information to make the rental easy, which was one less to worry about while traveling.

Wonderful location and great accommodations!

My daughter and I had wonderful weekend! The home has 2 lovely bedrooms, a nice kitchen and comfortable living room. Great location and easy to get anywhere you want to go. Just under 20 minutes to the airport. Near coffee shops and the houseboats you'll know from Sleepless in Seattle! Would definitely stay again!

Great short stay

Came for mariners game. We were able to park at the property early as the game started before check in. Everything was clean, beds were comfy and the AC unit worked great

Came to stay for an art show that I was showing at. Everything worked out great.. easy to find, parking, clear instructions.. The other artist that was attending also agrees. Felt very safe, and if needed I could reach out to owner at anytime.. the property was historic but a bit of deep cleaning would have been nice.. survivable but not the cleanest

overall very good. There is a drawer in the room that would not stay closed which was a bit of a danger in the dark at night. It would have been nice to have a box of tissues in the room. breakfast was good.

Convenient location

Good location for UW drop-off. Close to several restaurants. If hearing noise overhead or traffic noise will bother you, prob not the right place, but owner was very responsive about the quiet hours and the the traffic noise just blends in and we didn’t notice it. The parking spots were a little stressful next to a busy road but appreciated having a guaranteed spot for sure.

Locals spend long weekend

WA locals came to stay for opening weekend of the Mariners & had a lovely time. Definitely an old home with wonderful quirks. Squeeky original floors and the bathroom light switch is in the hall. (That one took a minute to figure out) I wouldn’t even say downside but just something to think of is it is on a very busy street during rush hour & kind of hard to get in & out of the driveway at 4-6pm but the rest of our time there was just perfect. Easy access to the highway & plenty of options to order for dinner.

Lovely

If you have ever been curious about what it would be like to live in one of the old (1909) homes, large and beautiful, now is your chance. There are different units, so like most of these homes, you won't see the entire building. It has been very well maintained and the furniture is in keeping with the time. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch. There is parking that is easy to access - an essential in Seattle. The street in front is busy, but it didn't create road noise in the back bedroom. The location is near the freeway entrance, making it quick to get around town.

Comfortable and cute

We enjoyed a 6 night stay at this charming and tidy bungalow in the eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. The host provides great communication. The beds were comfortable and the parking was convenient. The little porch off the kitchen was a pleasant surprise! Because it is an older building, the electrical outlets were sparce. Also, beware that this property is on a busy street adjacent to the highway. We understood this when we booked and expected road noise. All the same we slept very well. The kitchen could use updating but since we didn’t cook it was not an issue for us. Overall it’s a great value and I would happily stay here again.
