"Choose this place based on the reviews. Very disappointed: hotel was very dated, room small, bathroom tiny, no counters, old carpet - a real mess. With all the nice hotels in the area, this one needs a lot of work.
Since I always try to find good in everything, I can say that the restaurant, altoiugh dated like the hotel, had amazing food!!"

"First stay at this property to we have visited Prescott often. The location is excellent, just one block from whiskey row and on a more quiet street. The staff was nice and accommodated our request for first floor room as there is no elevator.
The room was sufficient but small as expected in an older hotel and the bed was comfortable.
We had an overall pleasant stay and love the history of these old buildings "
