"Great spot, very cool cabin! Convenient to many great locations: Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob etc. Only downside was that the neighbors down the road are a little loud. The gravel road in got a bit washed out in the storm, so 4WD is recommended"

"It was a great Cabin and very well maintained! Very close to Franklin, Seneca Rock, and Spruce Knob! All great places we visited! And Fisher Mountain Golf Course is close and it was probably the coolest course I’ve ever played at! "

"We absolutely loved this cabin! Plenty of room inside and out. Teresa is a gem! She goes beyond to make sure your stay is the most comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub so much, we're thinking about buying one now. If you want to just rest, relax, read, reboot yourself, this is the perfect place. "Great place to stay on a quiet road, the creek nearby was beautiful and easy to access. It was central to the places we wanted to visit like Seneca rocks and Spruce knob. Cabin is open and charming. We really enjoyed our stay here and we were blown away at the beauty around every turn in this area. We definitely want to return for a longer stay in the future."

"My dog and I really enjoyed our stay. Place was well equipped and clean. Holly especially liked the goats and vice verse. Had great communication with Tyler through out. Starlink was flawless. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay there again."

"House is situated just a minute or two from restaurant, shopping, and gas station. The host messaged not long after booking with entry code and Wi-Fi password and property was easy to access and clean! The house is a super cozy little cabin equipped with a charcoal grill, camp chairs, and a fire pit right next to the water. It was perfect for our family. "

"This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent"

"We only got to stay 2 nights but this cabin was perfect! Spotless, everything we needed was there. Views were wonderful, we loved sitting on the deck and watching wildlife. We will definitely rent this again, longer next time! "

"12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. "

" We had a great time at the house. There was plenty of hiking nearby. The house was very clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the view was great! Our only disappointment was that we didn't realize there was no cell phone coverage. The wifi worked well!"
