The man that was on staff ( I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) was always available and took great care of our room as well as creating a delicious breakfast buffet. They all made you feel like family! I would absolutely recommend staying here "

"This place was absolutely fantastic. Great location with convenience nearby, walking distance from the main attraction, yet separated enough from the mess of the historic centre. The service was superb, great breakfast served everyday and attention and kindness from the staff. I definitely recommend it and certainly would be back."

"Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage."

"Just spent 3 nights at this beautiful small hotel. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, light and spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were all so comfortable, and there were some lovely touches, such as a minibar that was restocked everyday, free of charge. There is a small backgarden, a little oasis to relax in when you've had enough sightseeing. Breakfast was fabulous, lovely fresh products and so much choice. "The Baumhaus appartment was fantastic. The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree. Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city. The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating. The little kitchen was perfect for a city break. We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was...

"Beautiful hotel, the staff were very polite and attentive and is easy to get to key areas while located in a quiet neighborhood. I’m not usually a breakfast person, but it was excellent! Room service was good but the €10 charge seemed a bit excessive. I highly recommend staying here and would come back for my next stay in Porto if you’re looking for a more elevated experience."

"My husband and I had a fabulous 4 night stay in one of the studio apartments. Check-in went very smoothly when the super friendly desk staff escorted us to the parking garage and then to our clean and beautifully decorated room. The breakfast staff, especially the handsome well-mannered servers, were attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was lovely and filling. What more could you ask for?"

"The apartment was well kept spacious and clean. The property is close to many restaurants and easy access to public transport. Walkable distance to a few attractions also. Instructions were clear on how to check in after reception was closed. Note there is no elevator at the property and there are three floors, so consider accessibility when staying with heavy luggage or persons with limited mobility."
