"Suzanna and Antonio are wonderful hosts and the guest house is beautiful and comfortable. The man that was on staff ( I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) was always available and took great care of our room as well as creating a delicious breakfast buffet. They all made you feel like family! I would absolutely recommend staying here "

"Just spent 3 nights at this beautiful small hotel. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, light and spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were all so comfortable, and there were some lovely touches, such as a minibar that was restocked everyday, free of charge. There is a small backgarden, a little oasis to relax in when you've had enough sightseeing. Breakfast was fabulous, lovely fresh products and so much choice. But my biggest praise goes to Daniella, who was just...

"This place was absolutely fantastic. Great location with convenience nearby, walking distance from the main attraction, yet separated enough from the mess of the historic centre. The service was superb, great breakfast served everyday and attention and kindness from the staff. I definitely recommend it and certainly would be back."

"Host is very nice. Property so close to metro very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable. Bed is medium firm which is perfect for me. Washroom always available to use. Kitchen has everything also. Only thing is please correct the info on expedia: there is no laundry, no breakfast, no luggage storage."

"Love the historic feel of the building. Breakfast was delicious. We had a patio room and enjoyed sitting outside. There is a slight trek up the hill to access the entrance, but that’s par for the course in Porto! "

"The Baumhaus appartment was fantastic. The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree. Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city. The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating. The little kitchen was perfect for a city break. We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was...

"I cannot say enough nice things about the beautiful stay we had in this wonderful local. Veronica the host is amazingly helpful, the apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious and the neighborhood is fantastic. There is a special little local restaurant below and the various walks we took downhill to the river was so scenic I could not stop taking pictures. I look forward to visiting Porto again and will only come if I can stay here! Thank you Veronica! "
