"Close to the big shopping center ... clean "

"Room was clean but housekeeping lacking, lots of dust in room, experienced skin allergies , requested bedding to be changed after first night, only one bed bedding got changed, had to request again on 2nd day, no house keeping on 2nd day, had to request emptying of bins/towel request, final night bedding and room cleaned. Breakfast is basic and unexciting, scrambled which egg does not taste like eggs, , limited veg options, staff are very friendly & helpful "

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. "I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. "

"Only downside was the breakfast quality. Due to an incredibly quiet day with hardly any guests the cooked breakfast offerings were not really edible! Hard bacon, concrete fried eggs - basically all sat there for hours. The breakfast staff were lovely and lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt replaced but the cooked was not really an option. "

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Not impressed with the breakfast. Not much choice for vegetarian. Cold pastries. Generally tables we not very clean. Food very basic for a 4 star hotel. In the room, shampoo and shower gel containers were empty."
