"We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "

"Excellent location. Facility was clean and well maintained. The amenities in the room were a disappointment. 3 hangers 2 small towels the kitchen chair literally fell apart. The outside chairs on the patio were extremely uncomfortable the bedsheets did not fit. They were very quick to fix chair and tend to the AC. "

"When booking this stay I did not know it was an apartment and asked for a refund because l was traveling solo and did not want to book an air bnb. The owner denied me of my refund stating it says it in the booking, but it did not state this info. Also they did not provide any face towels. I was told they lived next door. For sanitary reasons and since they live close I did not think getting a face towel would be an issue and was told they aren't a hotel (which I thought l had booked). They...

"What we liked. The staff was AMAZING. Food was was good. We will be back! Great for kids. What we did NOT like. We were in the HEAVEN section. Room 2308.The room gets a 2. VERY disappointing. We had outlets falling out of the wall, the jacuzzi tub did not work, some outlets so worn they would not hold a charger. The shower leaked under the wall into the toilet area. "Property was ok. Trash in places. The swim up pools smelled like a lake. The beach was not in great condition. Couldn’t really get any adult beverages until 10am. The staff very pushy about the legendary club even called the room multi times a day. Won’t be returning to this resort. "
