"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it....

"The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

"Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! "The hotel does not have a lobby.Nowhere to sit down at reception area.The room Superior Floral was adequate.Room faced back of property and was quiet.However there was minimal closet space.Had to keep clothes in suitcase.TV screen was small. Room was clean and comfortable.Adequate bottled water provided free.Staff was helpful. Buffet breakfast is extra."

"I will start by saying that I would highly recommend the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The staff are lovely & the rooms are great. This is my 3rd stay there & it didn’t go quite as well as it has in the past. I always bring my dog with me and they usually provide dog wipes so that you can wipe off their feet before entering the hotel room and those were unfortunately not provided this time and they said that they didn’t have them.
