"I loved the location of this property, it’s exactly what we wanted! Loved the rooftop dining as well. I don’t believe the rooms were equipped with enough extras. We had to ask for Kleenex and toilet paper. There were no extras in the room. There were also holes in our bottom sheet (at a Hilton!) we had asked for a refresher if towels, only got hand towels as the others were drying! "If you want a budget type motel 2 blocks away from the beach, this spot will work for you. Nice little patio area with string lights as well. "The grounds and the rooms are clean. But with animal allowed they should not have carpeting. The carpets should be replaced with hardwood floors. They sprayed the rooms with pesticide and the smell was very prevalent for a few days. After that the carpet smelled old and moldy. The breakfast was very good."

"We had a pleasant stay while in San Luis Obispo. Clean rooms, nice location, the employees were friendly. I thought it would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room like most hotels and motels, but other than that we were quite satisfied and would stay there again."
