Everything was OK but then as soon as I got into the bathroom and use the toilet, a damn near fell off because of loose bolts. It looked to be somewhat of a brand new toilet. "Amazing staff, excellent location 3 minute walk to the Pier, excellent room with personal touches that we haven’t seen with other places, would definitely stay again!
Only drawback is beds are full size and weren’t to comfortable but it would not stop us from staying again. Parking spaces are tight for larger vehicles but if your car fits you’ll be grateful for the space. Great experience though!"

"We stayed for our first family trip to celebrate our babies first birthday. The location was perfect, and the view from our room was amazing. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was so helpful with recommendations to find a birthday cake! I have to stress that the location to the pier and shops/restaurants was perfect. I had a stroke 2.5 months ago so I have minimal energy for activity with limited Mobility and everything was within a short walk! Perfect!"

"No ice machine, coffee maker, and ac hardly worked and kept shutting off. Floors were really dirty, black mold in bathrooms. The beds were nice, but it was hard to sleep because the blinds and shutters were broken. Really needs an update. I paid almost 500 for 1 night, they shouldn't charge that much for such a rundown place even in the summer! Pool was empty."

The location was perfect for walking on the beach or pier, shopping, and finding your favorite restaurants. And having your car in a secured private parking garage was very helpful. "This place felt more like an Airbnb. Virtual front desk which I never got the pre-checkin link for so I was a little stressed figuring out what our room was and the code. Then the room we got was noisy. We were facing the street and the windows didn’t help with the noise. "The property was in a great location. A ton of birds so we woke up to a car covered in poop! Had to get my car washed before heading to our next destination. The food and bar area were great- Tracy was wonderful! The room: very small. No air conditioner but a ceiling fan. Room and grounds need to be updated. Bed comfortable, but the pillows not so much. Bathroom seemed clean though there was mold on the ceiling in the shower and the toilet seat was very old. The ice area was disgusting. Not sure...

"The staff was alright, but the rooms were very minimal. The beds look and feel like IKEA specials. There was mold growing in the shower. There must not be any insulation in the walls, as I could clearly hear a phone call in the adjoining room and hours worth of children upstairs running and jumping in their room above mine. I suppose if all you want is a room near the beach and don't mind not sleeping, this motel would suffice."
