"The bathtubs were very dirty and stained. The floors were also not very clean. Property needs updates. Close to roads with lots of car noise. Don’t go on car show weekends."

"I don’t know all of the answers but this will be the last time I will ever book with Expedia . When we got to the property they said that they didn’t have any rooms , and I couldn’t get money back because I booked with Expedia. I have called Expedia at least a dozen times.wand no response. We had to find another hotel and it has ruined our vacation."

"We were very pleased with our stay at Arbor. The room was clean, roomy, and pleasurable to stay in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the immaculate garden areas with beautiful flowers and landscapes all around. There were many statues of playful children and birdhouses with doves and pigeons flying around. It lent an atmosphere of tranquility. The pool was also landscaped well with a wall of falling water. Breakfast was a voucher for the Reagan pancake house...

"This was one of the Best hotels i have stayed at in Pigeon Forge, It was excellent, in a great location, Staff, Rooms was big and spacious..... and so clean and nice deco.... Breakfast was wonderful too"

"AC unit was very noisy. One of the two tiny TVs did not work. This is an older building that it appears has had some minimal touch ups, but a lot of it feels dank and sad Check in person was not very friendly, and to top it off the motel charges an extra non refundable incidental fee. "Free" breakfast appears to be just a come on to send business to the pancake house next door. To get their regular breakfast of course you have to pay for it. So one more scam from this place. I think there...

"I was surprised that there was a microwave by the vending machines but not one in the room. Overall, my 5-year old grandson had a ball and more than enough to keep him entertained!"

"VERY disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was fine at the desk, but the hotel is generally in really bad disrepair. Wallpaper peeling everywhere in the halls, almost every room door we walked by was dented, like they had been hit with something. Paint scuffed and chipped off most every door facing. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. Our room was very run down - stained carpet, holes in the fiberglass shower that had never been fixed. The shower curtain was torn. One overhead light...

"My husband and I had a very enjoyable 4 days at The Ramsey. Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, good location in Pigeon Forge and not far from Gaitlinburg. We would definitely stay at The Ramsey again and highly recommend it!"
