"I can honestly say this is one of the top five places my family and I have ever stayed. First, the value is incredible. For a 4-star resort, the prices are more than fair. The property is clean, updated, and has so much to do. There's an arcade, a lazy river, indoor pools, a 24-hour gym, and it's only about 6 minutes from Dollywood. "Only thing I didnt like when the kids baseball teams running thru the hotel, damaging the things by the swimming pools area and the games, and throwing all the balls and other things over the fence. I didnt like how the parents wasn't watching their kids. I think the hotel she have a stricter policy on that."

"We enjoyed the location of the property as it was right along the parkway. The property has multiple pools throughout which was nice because it helped them not be too crowded. The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep the property well stocked and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff taking care of that was on the ball!! They did a fantastic job. Rooms were very clean also. Overall very satisfied and I will definitely stay here when we visit again. Great value!!"
