"Beautiful hotel that was very close to Dollywood, and attractions in Pigeon Forge, and not too far of a drive to Gatlinburg. The room was clean and well-organized with a functional kitchenette. I went swimming in the pool with my granddaughter, which I tend to avoid doing at most hotels (because they are usually gross). The pool was very nice with a super shallow end that went very gradually to about 4.5 feet. Great for casual splashers and little kids. Towels are provided at poolside, so...

"Everything was shiny and clean as we walked through the door. I love having a parking garage as well. When we were outside around the pool area, there was security walking around. It gave us a very secure feeling. The food was very good and the staff vary friendly and helpful. Love this location too."

"The staff was rude each time I had a question or a genuine problem. I was constantly disrespected and treated like I was a problem! We are paying for this. The carpet was filthy and need to be clean or replaced, fan didn’t work in bathroom, poorly lit room, AC would not stay on, hot and humid in our room, musty odors in the room combined with a strong chemical smell, a surprise fee for parking, amenities misrepresented, mold in bathroom, we found a dirty washcloth in the bathroom ! No breakfast...
