"The hotel was in a great location with plenty of parking. The housekeeping let it down. We were expecting daily housekeeping, unfortunately this was not the case. Beds never made, trash not always taken away, bathroom never cleaned. Breakfast room could get busy and loud at times."

"The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was GREAT. Just a few downfalls. The sofa bed was almost unusable due to the springs in the mattress. When you move around, not only could you feel every single piece on metal in the bed BUT I think even the neighbors could hear you move on it! Very loud! Having both pools was awesome! Indoor and outdoor BUT the lazy river and large pool outside was FULL of bugs. It didnt seem like their filters were working. Indoor was very nice though!!! Front desk...

"Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again."

"Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night."

"We booked this room for a few hours of sleep to break up a drive. The walls are paper thin. We did not get to sleep due to that and our phone ringing starting at 7 am. 3 phone calls total, each 30 minutes apart. Beeping on the other end. Our girls cried for hours.. tried to console them with no luck. Attempted to ask the front desk for assistance and was told they could do nothing. Super unhelpful staff. Told us to call Expedia for a refund and Expedia told us that the hotel “denied” our refund....

"This is a great place. Whether relaxing, shopping or celebrating this place has it all! Walking distance to area attractions and if you don’t enjoy walking there is a trolley that will take you all over the area! The rooms are nice sized and some have balconies which is nice for unwinding in the evening. There is also a rooftop bar with a pool that overlooks the area. The actual “check in “ area where you do valet or unload is a little difficult to get to and the streets outside are one way...
