"The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel."

"We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We had a lovely time at Una vida. We had reserved the one bedroom suite via Expedia in which photographs had shown a bathtub however our suite did not have a bathtub. We inquired with the staff and the following day we were switched to another one bedroom suite which did have both the shower and a bath as we had been looking forward to. "I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative....
