"The room was clean but the mattress on the bed was kind of sunken in. I had to go into an important zoom call in the morning and the WiFi was not working which was extremely frustrating. I had to go to a McDonald’s to use their WiFi. Breakfast was fine, reheated egg rounds and sausage rounds. I made a bagel sandwich and it wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever had but it wasn’t bad, either. I wish there had been more fruit options besides apples."

"The room was clean and well stocked, but not in good condition. Furniture was worn and broken. The pillows felt like bags of lumpy fluff and definitely need replaced. The comforter was discolored. The room phone was not functional. The toilet was shockingly loud - would wake people up in the middle of the night. The hallways were muggy and warm, I felt bad for staff having to work in them. Only one elevator was working and it needs some repairs to the flooring."

"Adequate hotel for an overnight stay if needed, worth medium dollar. I walked into a slippery wet hotel floor, almost leading to injury, with very loud neighbors that ironically had to be escorted from the property. Although the staff was helpful enough to assist in taking care of these inconveniences, these were issues that I would not have anticipated experiencing, especially what a heavy and damaged/refundable incidental fee upon check-in."

"I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

"I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. "Not impressed with this place. They charge my card $100 which was the only money I had to buy food and Uber. Fortunately I had some available credit on a credit card or I would have been completely screwed and not able to get home or eat. The rooms have very minimal stuff in them. "The staff were friendly but the restaurant is severely understaffed. I was unable to have dinner there because I was told that there was only 1 server and the kitchen is backed up and that my wait time would be over 45 minutes.
In addition to this there was only 1 working elevator which meant terribly long lines and long waits to navigate the hotel. I think that the management is poor and the guests are suffering due to this.
