"Staff were helpful and friendly when we arrived, showing us the facilities and how to contact them if there was an issue. Happily, everything was great. The area was within walking distance of the main sights we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of places to eat near the apartment. The air conditioning was much appreciated since it was very hot outside. "

"Excellent place. Room was huge and beds were comfy. Metro and tram station right outside the door, buses were a 5 minute walk away. Lots of parking nearby too, only €4 for 8 hours. "

"We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. "

"The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean. "

"Loved how close it is to everything, including attractions, groceries and restaurants. Had a really nice private patio and very quiet at night. Walkable to everything. We walked to the Vatican 5 km and back. Walked to Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps then back to Colosseo Gardens ! It is 10 minute walk to the colosseum. Air conditioning is great and very clean. "

"Our family of five had an amazing stay in the historic part of Rome. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, as well as metro and train stations, which made getting around the city so easy. The staff were very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. The apartment itself was exceptionally modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious—it truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!"

"Overall good and comfortable stay for a family of 3. Air conditioned room. A bit noisy sometimes from the street. One suggestion I do have is to add some plates, bowls and pots in the kitchen. The small kitchen and stove is there but there is nothing to use. At least plates and fork and knife would have been nice. "

"Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. Train and metro station is a short walk that will take you everywhere you want to go. Skytower is definitely a place that we would book again if ever back in Rome. Thanks Massimo "

"We stayed here with a group of girls for 3 nights. The outside of the property wasn’t very clean. Lots of graffiti on the walls, but that was the entire neighborhood, not just this property. The area is a little loud at night, but there is a tram stop immediately outside the property, which was very convenient for moving about the city. Inside, it was a really great apartment! "We had a great stay! Four nights and the location was magical. Silvia was a great host and gave in full detail the history of the location when we arrived and was given the tour. The one thing I would warn about is the WiFi was very in and out, so if you need it for work or emails then I would consider an alternative. "

"Very comfortable and clean. Close to good restaurants, Cavour metro station, or 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Forum, 15-20 minutes walk to Trevi Fountains, Spanish Steps and shops. Nicoletta was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here."
