"Recently refurbished room with nice Mountain View’s from the balcony. Some snagging issues with the room (cabling at kitchen area) which we reported to reception staff. Underground parking was easy and convenient. Great location in easy walking distance of bars and restaurants around Banff avenue area. Swimming pool great too. Would definitely stay again. "

"The Kenrick reopened in June 2025, after extensive renovations. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed. Our only issue with the room was the lack of places to hang a wet towel at the sink, easily resolved with a small rack. The sink is set outside the shower/toilet area, basically in the bedroom, next to the front door. I don't like these set-ups, because if your partner is sleeping, you can't easily use the sink without making noise and turning on a light. That brings up the...

"Loved our stay at the Caribou Lodge! The lobby and our room are super cozy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 20 mins walk from Banff center or less than 10 mins by bus (bus passes for the whole stay provided by the hotel too which we love). Bus stop is right by the hotel which is super convenient, we didn't have to drive the car to Banff town at all during the whole stay. Restaurant has nice breakfast too!"
