"Everything about the accommodation was great, 9/10. The only thing we find that could use some improvement is the top blanket material, it was rough, but the bedding that skin touches are soft so it wasn't all bad - just wish that the entire bed is all soft and cozy.
One recommendation and this could just be us, the room was very dry, we had the Jacuzzi on-suite and used that everyday, but I don't think the humidity was enough, because both of us still wake up in the morning with a dry throat....
"Situated ten minute walk the main shops etc of Banff. When we requested to move room due to our room being near the reception area, the staff did so immediately. Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Breakfast was adequate with hot and cold options."
