"No details of how to enter property were sent, tried contacting owners, no response, not even last minute could contact them. we had to turn around and drive 3hrs home because nothing else was available that evening with 2x small childeren! Awful! "

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."

"This is a fabulous place to stay. Our border collie loved the cubby house. It’s old but spotless.Beds are comfortable and it’s a spacious house.It’s going to be my regular Canberra stopover.The stairs my be a problem for elderly people "

"The Sebel Canberra Civic is a well centred hotel and ticks all the boxes for any number of nights stay. Its well located and close to everything I needed to go to in the city. The room was clean and the aircon was great. I would definitely stay here again and for longer."

"Well appointed apartments for families. Location is a short walk from Canberra Centre so easy to grab groceries and/or head out for restaurant dining. Parking onsite was an easy pre-booking system. Despite the cold weather, the pool was the place to be with lots of families enjoying the spa, sauna and pool, with towel service. This will be our go to accommodation provider for future trips."

"Great place close to the CBD. Parking was a bit annoying. Due to it being a shared carpark space, it was difficult to get a car spot near the access elevator to the hotel. This meant that we had to drag numerous luggage items around quite a large space."
