"The room was spotless.The beds were comfortable. The pool and gym area was great for a daily keep fit.
The Arrivals reception area on the 15th floor had amazing views looking out over the parliament buildings area.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ayesha stood out she was extremely helpful."

"Really nice hotel. Lovely staff, great room, great food... the only thing i missed was a handheld shower and duvet covers instead of sheets. "

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
Overall a lovely place."
