i love where this is - close proximity to civic.it was a shame that the shower head and shower pressure was completely inadequate.i had hot water on day one (not that i could really access it with the pressure) - but day 2 & 3 the water was cold - zero hot water

Floriade plus

The property was in the perfect place for Floriade and the major attractions. Floriade was 200m away and shops within easy walking distance. We also walked from there to the parliamentary district and the War Memorial. Property was as advertised. Only issue was some noise from building works next door.

Our 5th stay in the building.

Apartment is well located, spacious, clean, equipped. Short walk to shops, public transport, swimming pool if open, and parks. Usually quiet, despite central location, but this may change due to construction of the light rail extension close by.

Great location but some concerns!

Great location but issues with bed linen in the upstairs dryer, no light in the upstairs bathroom, noisy air conditioner and cupboard downstairs open with dryer running, vacuum cleaner, etc. poor communication from owner. Hint to future guests - run taps for shower to let water heat up otherwise you will have a cold shower!

Inconsistent reviews for this property for good reason. Poor communication. Did not return emails or phone calls before my stay. Over-priced for what it is - the property was ‘average’, cleanliness for a $90 fee was sub-standard. Manager finally got back to me after my stay - too late to organise an earlier check-in (4pm), and too late to assist in locating the property. Also promised to refund the cleaning fee, but it hasn’t materialised. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Spacious, clean and well appointed. Close to City Walk for shopping and dining. The parking was a bonus too being underground it kept the car cool in the summer heat.

A lovely little stay very close to restaurants, the city and the lake. Central to most of the interesting points of Canberra. This loft style unit just made our visit so much easier

wash machines were not clean.

wash machines on the ground floor and 1st floor were not clean, which made us concern about the cleaness of the beddings. I actually cleanded the trapped hair, dust, dirt, and grime in the filter of the wash machine on the ground floor, in which was full of beddings!! for the wash machine in the upper floor, there were lots of the residues of washing powder under the lid, which indicated the machine was not cleaned regularly and it was hard for us to use it to wash our clothes.

The owner looted us with extra charges

I had booked this property for 2 days. And this is my worst experience ever. We vacated the property on time but was than sent a message from the owner that he is charging me extra for $130 for deep cleaning. I sent a message immediately to the owner to give me a proof of the damage . He reverted back that he will send me the details on the same day . But nothing happened . I sent him the reminder and he again said that he was outside and will send me the video again. But nothing happened . Now there is a charge of $130 deducted from my CC. This is clear looting of money . I have raised a complaint against him in stayz but also wanted to write a review because I don’t want others to suffer . The owner is just taking advantage of things. I had even tried to contact the owner for some details before I went to the property but he did not care to revert . I will surely file a big complaint with the concerned authorities but request others to be careful before you book this property . This is clearly not done and a big mental and financial torture.
