Meriton Suites Canberra
"Heating didn’t work when we arrived had to call the maintenance guy who happily fixed the problem. Also when we checked in someone had left a box chicken tenders on the bench. Very unusual. Staff took care of it. Otherwise it was a reasonable stay."

The Sebel Canberra Civic
"I obviously checked in on a bad day, the first room we had was dirty, the second room we had not been cleaned accepted the bed was made. Informed reception staff that the toilet seat was up and had faeces in the toilet.The shower screen was dirty, the bins were full and the kitchen sink had coffee ..."
