"We had a lovely time at the Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill. The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and I loved how flexible they are to accomodate guests. Their studios are prepared with a lot of care and they pay attention to every little detail. They were prompt in response to our every need, and we won't go anywhere else for future stays."

"Only issue was we weren't informed of renovations and lack of aircon in the rooms, but I think this is more of an Expedia/ IHG issue than the hotel itself. After booking confirmation hotel made me aware of the renovations. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet, andin a good location."

"Great hotel, would stay again. Bed was lovely but small and bathroom was very clean with nice hot shower. Shame you can’t grab breakfast here. Only negatives were the room size which was tiny and the windows were only at ceiling height so you couldn’t see out and felt dingy. Overall it’s one I’d recommend. "

"The bed cushions were great, and I felt very comfortable. As a Japanese person who is not very good at communicating in English, I felt reassured because all the staff spoke slowly to me. I wanted to enjoy my first meal in London outside the hotel, so I didn’t use the food options. I received sweets and sparkling water through the greeting service, and they were delicious!"

"Great compared to other places we have stayed in for similar price. Main thing was air-con (not usually a necessity in the UK but this weekend weas particularly hot) and e nice en-suite (not shared which they usually are). Check In was also great, instructions whatsapped to me the day before. "

"Family room was excellent for two adults and two kids, 7 & 9. Lovely and clean and plenty of room. Breakfast had quality and variety of choices on offer and enjoyed food at the Pavillion bar in the evening. Good base to stay for a busy tourist break away. "

"Stayed for one night. Easy check in with details emailed to me on the date of stay. Loved the treats in the room on arrival and the tea trolley outside the room in the morning.
