"Rooms good. Except they keep your deposit($350+) for 3 weeks and counting. I have stayed at other area hotels after this and they return it a couple days after the stay. "

"The room and bath were very clean. Very nice room with home-like amenities. Had an issue with guests in room above us jumping and making a lot of loud noises. We complained and management took care of it immediately. Complementary breakfast was the usual but nicely done--something for everyone."

"I was really upset because the reason I booked the room was to get a good nights sleep but my room alarm went off at 6 AM! I called the front desk but all they said was it was the former customers fault and that they would tell the manager so it won’t happen to other people. It ruined my day of stay because I had not slept enough. It should not be my responsibility to make sure the alarm isn’t set at 6:00am"

"Very poor customer service from the Property manager and front desk in general- no smiles and feeling of not wanting to be there portrayed! It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in. "

"Super easy check in. Throw back with the real keys but adorable because of it. Room was really clean and the bathroom was spotless. We slept well and grabbed breakfast to go. Thank you!"

"There was no pool available at this property. However property is well maintained and I have no complaints overall my experience at the property was very good and would definitely stay again. Betty the property manager very friendly and ensures her guest are satisfied with the suites she has available. "

"Breakfast was simple and unimaginative. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate. Desk staff tried to help but was completely uninformed about the lack of cable TV. There was no TV all weekend. "

"Had some minor problems, Toilet paper holder was coming out the wall, the shower head fell as you were showering, and the drain stopper fell out. The breakfast was subpar. The home fries/ potatoes were under cooked, and the meat options were very limited. Didn’t have the best experience at this Homewood suites. "

"Aaaamazing! This should be on everyones bucket list! The room I stayed in was so comfortable I extended my stay. This is not like a hotel its do quiet and peaceful you feel like you’re the only person staying here and like royalty. Im looking forward to returning in Spring to see how lovely it is with flowers in bloom. I met my knight in shining armor he was standing by the valet parking door. lol took a great picture with. "
