We were supposed to be on the first floor and when we went into the room it was NOT ready so we went back and got upgraded to another room in the second floor. During one of the days the hot water went out but we called and they said they’re working on it and indeed that was fixed quickly (or at least quickly after we noticed it). "This was a very nice stay in the off-season. They've got a great access point for the beach and a lovely covered seating area as well to stay in the shade while being close to the beach. The breakfast was fine. They have no elevators and the ice machine is a bit of a haul from where we stayed but I would stay there again. "

"Definitely my favorite place to stay here. The staff is all friendly and caring. They had a water outage when I was here this time, and they were kind enough to move me to one of the cottages they rent out next-door. I've always been happy staying here, and will definitely come back again."

"I paid almost double for a higher floor and got the 2nd floor. At 8am sharp there was construction going on right outside my balcony to repair the restaurant porch. A warning in this would have been nice. The appears to be no drainage and the parking lot sidewalk etc get swamped with the slightest of rain. Just another crappy tourist trap. "
